About

Who am I?

Hi, I’m Amelia – the creator behind Life Unsorted, a blog about navigating the messy, chaotic, character-building parts of adulthood… fuelled mostly by coffee, tennis, fitness, remote work life, and the occasional prosecco-fuelled pep talk.

If you’re looking for a perfectly curated, influencer-style “I’ve got it all figured out” page… you’re definitely in the wrong place.

If you’re here for honesty, humour, small wins, growth, mindset shifts, and the “is this normal??” moments — welcome home.

What you’ll find here

Life Unsorted is where I share:

  • Real-life stories — the messy kind and the magical kind
  • Realisations I’ve made navigating change, burnout, confidence dips and big decisions
  • Fitness + tennis + wellness routines that keep me (mostly) sane
  • Mindset tools I’m learning along the way – including tips and tricks for our twenties!
  • Thoughts from remote-working life
  • Professional oversharing – the kind reserved for close friends and prosecco nights

I’m not here to pretend life is perfect. I’m here to show that set backs are not a full stop; but instead a comma.

Who this blog is for

This space is for anyone who’s ever felt overwhelmed, out of place, behind, confused, or like everyone else got the adulting instruction manual.

You’ll love this blog if you’re:

  • An overthinker with a soft heart
  • A try-your-best, sometimes-fall-apart human
  • A fitness lover who also adores carbs and prosecco
  • Someone figuring out their confidence
  • A person who grows through chaos, humour, and small wins

If that sounds like you — you’re in the right place.

A little more about me

  • I love coffee, especially a flat white, however, I’m definitely not a coffee snob! Give me the Nespresso!
  • I have always played tennis and am also a tennis coach!
  • I work remotely full-time in sports marketing
  • I love fitness – it’s definitely my safe space
  • I’m an introvert and big parties with new faces scare me
  • I’m figuring life out the same way you are — one step at a time
